The rooms at Bliss Resort were absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in my own little paradise. The seating area was so cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The air-conditioned rooms had everything I needed, from a desk to a fridge and even a safety deposit box. And let me tell you, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great way to unwind before bedtime. Oh, and did I mention the views? Some rooms had stunning views of the sea or pool, which made my stay even more special. Plus, having a kitchen in some rooms was a total game-changer for me. I could whip up my own meals and enjoy them in the comfort of my room. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

If I had to pick one thing I didn't love, it would be the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not something I'm used to and didn't find much use for it.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat and it exceeded my expectations. The amenities provided, such as the snack bar/deli and the 24-hour room service, were convenient and added to the overall experience. The business center was well-equipped, providing a superior business environment.

It was an industrial hotel which had good service. The atmosphere created was quiet! The venue was in a convenient and marvellous location really close to mall, beach and entertainment and Mombasa during Christmas holidays from 23/12/2018 to 29/12/2018 for what we wanted it for.

The room we had included cable channels, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment. The staff were amiable and excellent day and night. The venue's position was central.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Bliss Resort. The staff at the desk, restaurant, and at breakfast were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help. The breakfast options were delicious and filling, with lots of tasty choices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I was even able to fit in a workout in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby in the Nyali/Bamburi area. The ambiance and vibe of the hotel were really nice, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

The room was tidy and magnificent in general, with seaview. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel called Bliss Resort for a week-long vacation. The room was impeccably clean and the lobby had a great ambience. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The highlight was the huge room with a balcony and a fantastic shower. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean linens and towels. The on-site restaurant had a good variety of options and the breakfast included local dishes. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket, Haller Park, City Mall, and a short walk to the beach.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
